How SPPS handles practitioner and athlete information.
Information we process
SPPS processes account information and practitioner-authored records needed to provide the service. Athlete information is available only through authorized relationships and role-based access.
Confidential records
Practitioner session notes, internal reports, AI operational logs, and audit history are restricted. Athlete-facing portals receive only the records designed for athlete access.
Retention and security
Professional history is preserved through archive, withdrawal, finalization, and versioning controls. Operational credentials remain server-side and access is logged where supported.
