Professional responsibility
SPPS supports qualified practitioners with documentation and programme delivery. It does not replace professional judgement, diagnosis, informed consent, or applicable professional standards.
Appropriate use
Users must access only records they are authorized to view, keep credentials private, and avoid placing unnecessary sensitive narrative in notifications or AI requests.
AI-assisted drafts
AI output is optional drafting support and must be reviewed by the practitioner. SPPS does not make autonomous clinical, assessment, or intervention decisions.
Service changes
Material changes to these terms, privacy handling, or professional record retention should be communicated through a versioned acceptance process.
